StrandedSOS uses AI (Anthropic's Claude) to analyze flight situations and generate content. While we strive for accuracy:

• Compensation amounts are estimates only and are not guaranteed
• Rights assessments are based on publicly available regulations and may not account for all circumstances
• Claim letters are templates and may need modification for your specific case

4. No Guarantee of Outcomes

We make no guarantees regarding the success of any compensation claim, the accuracy of alternative route suggestions, or the outcome of any action taken based on information provided by the Service. Results may vary based on your specific circumstances, airline policies, and applicable law.

5. Service Description

StrandedSOS provides:

• Free AI-powered flight rights analysis
• Alternative route suggestions through open airspace
• Paid claim packages including professional claim letters and detailed guides

6. Payments & Refunds

Paid claim packages are processed through Stripe. By purchasing a claim package:

• You authorize Stripe to charge your payment method for the selected package amount
• All sales are final and non-refundable, as digital content is delivered immediately upon purchase
• If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchased content, contact us at hello@strandedsos.net and we will resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading flight information
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute content generated by the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without our consent

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by StrandedSOS. Content generated for you (claim letters, analysis reports) is licensed to you for personal use in pursuing your flight compensation claim. You may not redistribute or resell generated content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StrandedSOS and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, any errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content, or any action taken based on information provided by the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
