Flight Details

When you use our flight analyzer, we collect: airline name, departure and arrival airports, flight dates, booking country, ticket type (economy, business, etc.), and optionally your booking reference. This information is used solely to analyze your passenger rights and generate compensation estimates.

Email Address

If you subscribe to airport reopen notifications, we collect your email address. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us.

Payment Information

Payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We store your Stripe session ID and the purchase tier you selected. We never receive or store your credit card number, CVV, or other payment card details.

Analytics Data

We use PostHog for product analytics. PostHog may collect anonymized usage data such as pages visited and features used. We do not collect or store your IP address.

4. Third-Party Services

We share data with the following third-party services, only as necessary to operate the Service:

  • Stripe — Payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
  • Anthropic (Claude AI) — Flight analysis and claim letter generation. Flight details are sent to Claude for processing. Subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
  • Supabase — Database hosting. All data is stored in Supabase PostgreSQL and encrypted at rest.
  • Resend — Email delivery for subscriber notifications.
  • PostHog — Product analytics (anonymized usage data).

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in Supabase PostgreSQL databases with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement row-level security policies and use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your flight analysis data for up to 12 months to allow you to access your results. Email subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. Payment records are retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations.
